Registration

Fees/Hours/Payments:

  1. Registration Fee: $100.00 / family
    Non-refundable, apply to both full-time and part-time students
  2. Full-time Program: $48 /day
    Mon-Fri, full day, lunch and snacks included
  3. Part-time/Full day:
    • Alternative full-day program: $55/day
       Choice of days, 7:30am -6:00pm, including lunch and snacks
      *matched space is required, priority will be given to full time students
    • Half day program with lunch: $40/day
       Mon-Fri, 7:30am-12:30pm OR 11:30am-6:00pm, including lunch and snacks
    • Half day Program without lunch: $35/day
       Mon-Fri, 7:30am-11:30am OR 2:00pm-6:00pm, NOT including lunch, but snacks
    • Alternative half-day program with lunch*: $45/day
       Choice of days, 7:30am -12:30pm OR 11:30am-6:00pm, including lunch and snacks

    • Alternative half-day program without lunch*: $38/day
       Choice of days, 7:30am -12:30pm OR 11:30am-6:00pm, including lunch and snacks

Payment must be made for the 1st month’s fee plus monthly post-dated cheques for the period of registration. The site supervisor will provide a payment schedule upon registration.

Registration Procedure:

  1. Call our Admissions number at (416) 304-0260 to book an appointment for a visit
  2. Meet with our site supervisor for a tour and information session
  3. Arrange a trial day for your child to come to the centre for a 2-hour program
  4. Prepare the following documents and visit the centre to officially register your child
    • Complete the registration form, with $100 registration fee
    • Bring in your child’s immunization card
    • Read the “Parents Handbook” and sign the required forms
    • Your first month’s fee. If a child is registered in the 2nd half of the month, your first payment will need to cover the balance of the current month plus the following month.
    • Monthly post-dated cheques to cover the period of your registration
    • Prepare your child with the necessities on the first day:
      • small backpack, some change of clothes, sunscreen, toothbrush/mug, bed sheet and little blanket, hat/cap, indoor shoes, water bottle if needed

Withdrawal & Refund:

Families are required to provide a four-week notice of withdrawal inwriting, effective the first day of the month. Post-dated cheques will be returned to parents upon receiving the notice.

  • Christmas Eve (early closing)
  • New Year’s Eve (early closing)
  • Note: For students registered for “choice of days”, parents will be given make-up days in July and August, if the registered days fall on statutary holidays. No make-up dates during the school year. Sorry, no cash refund.

Vacation Days/Absentee Days

  1. Parents may temporarily take the child out of JINGBAOTM in the summer (July& August), but not during the school year. Full fees will be required to keep the space for the child, if the child leaves JINGBAOTM for a period of time during the school year. A four-week notice is needed prior to any withdrawal.
