Course Description

With a 1:2 teacher to student ratio, your child gets to take advantage of a small class size, all while having fun with a learning partner. Your child will benefit from personal attention from the teacher, tailored curriculum, interactive practices like role-play, and flexible class schedules. These benefits guarantee excellent learning results and fun experiences for your child. Constructive feedback is provided during class to correct pronounciation, the use of vocabulary and sentence structures.

Placement Assessment

  • A FREE placement assessment will be offered to all new students to ensure they will be placed in the right level.
  • TMS reserves the right to request a student to repeat a course if necessary.

Payment

  • Full payment (tuition & registration fees) must be paid before the class starts.
  • $25 administrative charge will apply to each non-sufficient funds cheque.

Refund/Credit

  • Refund or credit will not be given once the registered classes start.
  • For semi-private classes, 2 weeks written notice must be provided if the students request to temporarily suspend the class. Unused hours will be saved as school credit, which is valid for 2 years from the date of suspension and can be applied to any courses.

Reschedule/Make-up Class

  • Students who registered for semi-private classes may reschedule planned lessons with 24 hours written notice to the teacher or head office, and upon agreement of both students. Otherwise, regular fees will be charged.
  • If the class is not rescheduled, a make-up class may be arranged with the instructor. However, students must pay the difference between the individual and semi-private class.
