Course Description

In our private classes, you take full advantage of customized teaching plans and undivided attention from your teacher. The curriculum will be tailored based on your level, needs and learning objectives. With real-life conversations, we make sure you get the maximum opportunities to practice in class like a native speaker. Constructive feedback and after-class support are provided to guide you through practices that build your vocabulary, perfect tones and pronunciation. You have the flexibility to decide a class time and location that are convenient for you.

Placement Assessment

  • A FREE placement assessment will be offered to all new students to ensure they will be placed in the right level.
  • TMS reserves the right to request a student to repeat a course if necessary.

Payment

  • Full payment (tuition & registration fees) must be paid before the class starts.
  • $25 administrative charge will apply to each non-sufficient funds cheque.

Refund/Credit

  • Refund or credit will not be given once the registered classes start.
  • For private classes, 2 weeks written notice must be provided if the student requests to temporarily suspend the class. Unused hours will be saved as school credit, which is valid for 2 years from the date of suspension and can be applied to any courses within TMS.

Reschedule/Make-up Class

  • Students who registered for private classes may reschedule planned lessons with 24 hours written notice to the teacher or head office. Otherwise, regular fees will be charged.
