Course Description

Immerse your child in Mandarin language environment and join us for a memorable summer like no other! The full immersion Mandarin language environment helps students to develop Mandarin skills at a faster pace. We bring children a fun summer through a variety of linguistic and recreational programs that are filled with arts, music, sports, math and science activities while enjoying the fun of learning Mandarin. Children will be grouped by their Mandarin levels and ages.

Daily Activities

  • Singing, acting & dancing
  • Guest speakers (e.g. scientists, artists etc.)
  • Magic show/carnival
  • Olympic Math
  • Indoor activities: board games, cooking, yoga, science experiments, arts & crafts etc.
  • Outdoor exploration: Sports, gardening, nature programming, scavenger hunt, water activities etc.
  • Field Trips

Payment

  • Full payment (tuition & registration fees) must be paid before the class starts.
  • $25 administrative charge will apply to each non-sufficient funds cheque.
  • New students will be charged a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of $60/family.

Change/Transfer of week

  • Students may transfer their payment to other weeks. All transfer requests must be submitted in writing and be accepted 2 weeks before the camp starts, provided there’s a vacancy in the preferred camp session.
  • A $50 administration fee will apply to all requested changes.

Cancellation/Refund/Credit

  • Cancellation must be submitted in writing; telephone requests will not be honored.
  • Requests to cancel the camp registration must be received before June 1.
  • A $50 administration fee will be charged for each refund. If refund is recorded as school credit, administration will be waived.
  • School credit is valid for 2 years and can be used for any programs within Toronto Mandarin School.
  • No refund/credit will be granted for occasional absence once the camp starts.

*Toronto Mandarin School reserves the right of final explanations.

**Downtown only accepts kids aged 5.5-12 years old while Happy Mandarin is NOT available.
**Midtown only accepts kids aged 4-12 years old.
